We would like everyone to know how well Ronda Prewitt worked on getting our home sold. Ronda worked very closely with us at all times letting us know what was going on not keeping us in the dark. We were racing against the clock so are home didn't go into forclosure. Ronda worked even harder so it wouldn't happen. We are very satisfied with Ronda's work! My husband and I would gladly call for her again, and also tell friends and all to let her sell their homes!! Wow, our first house. What can I say? It’s an important investment. Not only financially but emotionally as well. This is the first house we’ll live in as newlyweds and it will soon become the home that will shelter and protect our new family. To think we wouldn’t have found it without Ronda’s help! We could not have asked for a more patient and trustworthy realtor. Geez, I hate to even say realtor since she’s become such a good friend! My husband recently sold his home by Ronda Prewitt. We had an absolutely wonderful sale. This lady was professional, yet down to earth. We never felt intimidated or hurried.
We had tried to sell this home for about three weeks by ourselves. Of course, we received tons of offers from realtors to help us sell the home. Meanwhile, the computerized and scheduled letters came in daily from various realtors. That is, until I received the letter from Ronda. It was personal. She directed the letter straight to us. I was, again, impressed.
Now I must tell you that I have about 25 years of title, escrow and mortgage lending behind me as well as a licensed realtor in 1999 and 2000, working as a buyer’s agent. I’ve met hundreds of realtors through the years. One of my very good friends owns one of the major real estate offices in Eugene. However, this two ladie impressed me and was so real with us. I knew she was going to give us the service we expected. Ronda brought the buyer and everything went so smooth.
In the past, I used realtors that I had closed with and it just seemed that since she knew I knew what to expect, some of the planning, phoning and loose end tying, was left up to me. I never felt I could sign on the dotted line and sit back and be assured the deal was progressing with no hitches. I felt I had to baby-sit it.
This deal went exactly as it should. We signed and she took it ALL from there. She stayed on top of everything. It was quick, easy deal and there was never a mishap. We will refer others to this lady. She is a terrific asset to your business and Century 21. She even made me rethink about getting my license and becoming a buyer’s agent.
So, my apologies for a long letter, but with all the complaints people are so quick to point out, it seems only fair to point out the professional, quality service we received.
